Exchange/Return

We are very strict about quality control, but sometimes things go wrong. If your ape adventure product is defective or does not work, or if we have sent the wrong order by mistake, please email our support team at qiudome@gmail.com with your order details, a description of the fault or damage, and pictures or videos of the product defect.


ape adventure electronic products have a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, provided the product is used for its intended purpose under normal conditions. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship, and does not apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use, neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind. For ape adventure products not purchased through our online store (apeplanet10.com), please contact the dealer or retail partner where the product was purchased.


Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:


1) The product is not in original condition, has been used, is damaged, or is missing parts through no fault of ours.


2) The product does not have quality issues.


3) The original product packaging is incomplete

*Please note that we are unable to support returns unless we made a shipping error or the product quality is defective. If a refund is required (due to lack of replacement stock), please allow up to 4 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.


If the package is delivered late, please note that refund requests can only be processed after the package is successfully delivered and returned or the postal service determines that the package was lost in transit (after 60 days from the date of inquiry).
