ape adventure is proud of the quality of our products and materials. ape adventure electronic products (excluding cases, straps, decorative accessories, bags) are warrantied for 6 months from the date of purchase by the consumer (unless otherwise stated on the product packaging) when used for their intended purpose under normal conditions. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship and strictly does not apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use, neglect, normal wear and tear or if you change your mind. Our warranty applies to all products purchased directly from us through our online store. If you purchased the product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly to make any warranty-related claims.
Warranty Claims
For orders in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and the Mainland, please email our customer support team at qiudome@gmail.com, describe the fault or damage, and send the product to ———. Our customer support team will thoroughly inspect the product and provide a free one-to-one replacement service if the product is found to be defective.
For international orders, please email our customer support team at qiudome@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the fault or damage, and pictures or videos of the product defect. ape adventure reserves the right to request pictures or videos of the claimed product defect to verify the claim. Defective products may need to be returned to complete the warranty process.
If deemed valid, we will replace the item with a new product of the same model and style. ape adventure reserves the right to charge shipping and handling fees for the evaluation and fulfillment of any warranty claim.
Detailed Limited Warranty Policy
Scope: This limited warranty covers all ape adventure products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Duration: The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product packaging.
Replacement: ape adventure will provide a replacement product if the product becomes defective during the warranty period. This includes screen and lens protectors that become defective during the applicable period.
Conditions: Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer or our online store is required to obtain warranty service. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, unreasonable use, modification, or normal wear and tear (such as scratches on a screen protector).
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it apply to personal property such as smartphones, headphones or other devices. ape adventure expressly disclaims any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose except as expressly stated in this warranty.
